YourTaxFamily.ca – 3 step process to completing personal taxes
- Complete the Getting Started Email Request and a Customer Information Sheet with support worksheets will arrive in your Email inbox, with complete instructions. Answer the applicable questions and complete any required support sheets. Request telephone or video call if requiring assistance in completion.
- Upload your completed Customer Information Sheet and work sheets to our SmartVault Secure Server. Easy and secure. Individual tax documents are not required. This documentation for your tax file will be retrieved from the CRA’s web service to ensure accuracy.
- Review and authorize your tax file that is downloaded to your personal folder on our SmartVault Secure Server with email alert. Your Return is electronically submitted and refunds and assessments arrive to you in 2 to 3 weeks.
